- Now, mix egg whites inside the bowl with a mixer until it forms thick white foam. Once that’s done, add the foamed egg whites to the mixture.

- Using a scoop (3 tbsp large), form bowls on the baking sheet. Flatten them out with a spoon to form cookies. They will not change in shape.

Ingredients
- 2 cup rolled oats
- sea salt
- 4 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 1/8 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 medium bananas (mashed)
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- ¼ cup honey
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F/180C, and line your baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another.
- Then, add dry ingredients to the wet ones and combine well.
- Take a medium scoop (about 3 tbsp large) and scoop the dough onto the baking sheet. Flatten them with a spoon.
- Bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until slightly golden brown.
